Are you a product-based business owner who wants visually strong, cohesive imagery to showcase your amazing products?

Do you constantly get frustrated taking pictures of your products that feel amateur and low quality?

I get it. You’re a business owner who is not only the brilliant product maker but does all of the other business bits too! Photography is just another skill that you have to learn on top of the many other important things you’ve had to learn to run your biz.

Hear me when I say visual content is key when selling and marketing your products to the world. It is so important to have clear, consistent brand imagery when showing up online. These images represent your shop front so they’ve got to be killer!

Let me get rid of that content creation overwhelm for you, so that you can get back to doing what you do best – designing, creating and making your fabulous products.

How does it work?

We’ll start the process off with a good natter to chat through your vision for the shoot and I can ask all the questions I need to form your quote.

If you want to proceed (yay) then I’ll send over all the boring (but necessary) documents and then we can get into the planning stage. I’ll send over a questionnaire which you’ll fill out so I can find out more about your business and any ideas you’ve got for the shoot.

Whether you want flat lays, e-commerce shots, lifestyle product photography – you name it, I’ll create it!

From the questionnaire, I’ll create a collaborative mood board which you can add any images to so we’re on the same page visually. Then I’ll ask you for a shot list so that I capture exactly what it is you need.

I typically work from my home studio but for bigger projects or shoots that need a specific aesthetic, I can help you find the right location house or studio. I have a whole host of backdrops and props at my disposal too.Ā

Once the images have been photographed, I then move into the other half of the job. The culling, editing and retouching.Ā

Finally, once this is done, I’ll send you your images via an online gallery for you to start using them across your website and social media!

If you’re keen to start the conversation, let’s have a chat.

FAQ's

I work with lots of different small businesses to create beautiful content. I’ve photographed food, drinks, cosmetics, stationery, flowers, gift boxes – a huge variety of products. I mainly focus on shooting lifestyle product photography and styled still-life imagery too. Be sure to get in touch to see if I’m the right fit for you.

Absolutely! I love being given complete creative freedom so I can take the lead on these things. It’s where my specialities lie!

It all depends on the type of products you need photographing, what the images are being used for and what your budget is. Book a free clarity call with me to discuss this in further detail.

Yes! I have a range of backdrops and props available and know lots of great companies that I can call upon if you want specific items. If you require props and backdrops that I don’t currently have in my studio then these will be added to your invoice upon your approval. I can also keep them with me to ensure brand consistency for future shoots!

You can send them to my address where I do all of my shoots. I’ll pop you an email when you book. šŸ™‚

It all depends on what I have on during that month that I will be shooting your products. You can expect the images to be delivered within 4 weeks of the session date.

Your images will be delivered to you in a user-friendly online gallery where you can view, favourite and download all your images in a few easy clicks.

The gallery is live for a month. After this time, the images will be removed. Please do remember to download all of your images and back them up to an external hard-drive or cloud based system. I do keep back-up’s of your images, so if you run into a tech problem on your end, I can just re-send you the images.

If you choose to work with me on an ongoing basis, your gallery will remain live for much longer and I’ll just keep adding new albums within your gallery each time we do a new shoot.

You will receive full-sized, high resolution JPEG’s for you to use across your website and social media.

As I am the photographer, legally I retain the copyright. This does not stop you from using the images in anyway. I grant you a lifetime image license which means giving you permission to use the photographs for your purposes.

Crediting is wonderful! It allows me to reach other small businesses who may need my help – so a small tag on social media or a link to my website on your website can go a long way. But it’s not compulsory in any way.

If you’re being featured in an online article or in a printed magazine, I do asked to be credited – ideally as Bethany Lavin Photography. Typically news publications will ask you because they’re used to using images from freelance photographers – but if they don’t mention it to you, please mention it to them.

I accept payments via bank transfer because it incurs no fees to you or me #winwin
