I bloody love my job and the session that Lauren and I created was pure MAGIC.

Ladies, meet Lauren Gayfer, founder of You Are Nourished. Lauren helps women break up with their diets and start a healthier relationship with food. She uses a combination of nutrition, mindset and self-care. She helps women learn how to nourish themselves in body and mind, and feel the best they’ve ever felt.

Lauren describes her brand as approachable, realistic, fun and nourishing. Her superpower is coaching her clients off the scales so that she can help them learn to love themselves a bit more. She debunks all the diet myths and BS to give her clients sensible, achievable advice that they can stick to.

As a nutritionist brand photography is key for Lauren to help market her business as she is the face of it. That’s what personal branding photography is all about!

Lauren needed updated website images as well as social media content. I helped Lauren source a location house for her session which was a dream to shoot in. Mary Berry had shot a previous cook book there! Here are some of my favourite images from her session.
