Sophie Brockway Nutrition

Sophie approached me as a newly qualified nutritionist needing fresh content to use on her website, social media and in print.

She specialises in fertility, conception, IVF, pregnancy and postnatal nutrition to help couples overcome their challenges. With first hand experience and new qualifications, her mission is to cut through the noise to save her clients time & money with a personalised approach backed up by the latest sciences.

The Session

Sophie invited me to her incredible home in West London which was the base for her session.

The vibe we were going for was: friendly, stylish/chic, low-key and natural. Sophie has lots of incredible plants in her home and awesome furniture so we made sure to utilise those for a truly personal approach.

I recommended a fabulous make-up artist to help her feel pampered on the morning of her session which resulted in a professional but still true-to-her look. I highly recommend booking a professional hair & make-up artist as it makes the difference between liking your images and LOVING them.

Sophie booked my 3-hour session as she knew she wanted a big variety of images and this meant we shot at her home and a local members club that she’s a part of.
